The location, staff, entertainment, and cleanliness were exceptional. The pool was warm with a beautiful view. Food and drinks were available all day. Spacious family room and courteous staff. Nice gardens and a shady area on the beach. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds.
Nothing to complain about at all.

great food for dinner and breakfast. the service was absolutely good. the hotel was superb. brilliant place for vacation in caucaia.

We stayed in a two, building resort with a beachfront view, which was perfect for us. the hotel offers a lot of leisure activities, a large pool, and an interesting spa menu. the all, inclusive meal plan gave us a taste of everything they provided, including various freshly cut fruits and vegetables.
The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to the dunes around the resort, because the wind tends to push garbage left by previous guests.

Beachfront location with beautiful views. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good selection of food.
Limited amenities, no gym or fitness center available. Poor customer service, staff seemed uninterested in resolving problems.

Blessed by nature and located on the beach, this hotel was a great choice for my stay. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. The staff was very hospitable, ensuring my every need was met. In addition, the breakfast was fantastic, with a vast array of delicious options.

This beach resort provided us with a romantic escape. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the fresh food and juices that were available all day. The beach was an ideal place for a walk and to feel the sea breeze. We appreciated the location of the resort, which allowed us to explore the nearby attractions.
Although the staff were friendly, the service was slow at times. It could also be challenging to communicate as not many staff members spoke English.

The exclusive amenities provided at this hotel were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to meet our every need. the outdoor swimming pool was pristine, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas for us to relax and enjoy the stunning beachfront location. the Health club and Spa lounge were very well maintained, and the massages were top notch.
While the overall service was excellent, there was an issue with the towels in our room.
